The new NoiQ Loyalty Program lets you cash in your rewards at any time, so you can collect points and exchange them for money whenever you feel like.

Whenever you play any real money games, you accumulate points to advance in the Levels ladder. After your first raked hand, you will be already moved up to Level 1. The more real money games you play, the more points you earn. These points will help you to progress in the Loyalty Levels. Play your best to take it to the highest level and maximize your rewards.

You will be able to follow your Loyalty Level and how much you have left to the next Level by checking the Loyalty button shown in the Poker Client, like the one below.

Collecting Points

After you enrolled, any kind of real money games you play, will give you two types of points: Base Points (BPs) and Loyalty Points (LPs). You will always earn both types of points when playing real money games, but while the rate of BPs is always the same (one point for each €0.5 in rake), the amount of LPs you get may vary according to your current Loyalty Level. Below you can see how many LPs you get per BP depending on the level you are:

Take your rewards any time

According to your level and the Loyalty Points you collected, you can cash in rewards at the time of your convenience. You can save them to be exchanged with money when you feel like. The amount of money you can cash-in is shown at the table below.

Example

Example 1: Tobias collected 6,500 Loyalty Points and he is currently on Level 6 of the Levels Club ladder. So Tobias can instantly cash in a total of €388 from his points (5,000 LPs for €300, 1,350 LPs for €80 and 150 LPs for €8, in a total of €388). He can also exchange just a part of his points and keep the rest. For example, exchange 5,000 LPs for €300 and keep the rest of the LPs for a future exchange.

Example 2: Anna collected 1,400 Loyalty Points and she is currently on Level 4. Even though there are rewards available to be exchanged for 1,350 Loyalty Points, she can’t do that, because she needs to be on Level 5 to cash out that reward. So at this moment, Anna can exchange all her points for €81 in cash. (600 LPs for €35 twice and 200 LPs for €11, in a total of €81), or she can keep playing to level up.

The points can be exchange for money directly in the poker client, along with information on the player current Level, Base Points and Loyalty Points. The Loyalty Status window is shown below.
