• Leaderboard presented by NoiQ is final.
• The promotion is only for specific Entraction Network’s partners, not for the whole network.
• A NoiQ account is personal and shall only be used by the person whose details match those registered under the account. Failure to abide by this may result in immediate disqualification from this promotion.
• NoiQ reserves the right to refuse payment to any player whom is found to be colluding/soft playing.
• If a player is disqualified the whole leaderboard is shifted with one place. For the sake of clarity if the player in 2nd place is disqualified the 3rd place is shifted to 2nd place along with the other players.
• All the winners will get their winnings paid within 5 business days after the race is final.
• No account can be utilised for more than 16 hours per day. Failure to abide by this may result in immediate disqualification from this promotion.
• This bonus is not deducted from any other bonuses or promotions.
• NoiQ reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate this promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice to players, using reasonable efforts to provide such notice in advance. Any decision made by NoiQ is final.
• In case of a tie between players final score, an average amount of their combined prizes will be paid out.
  
• The original English version of this Terms and Conditions may have been translated into other languages. In the event of inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any other language version of this Terms and Conditions, the English language version shall prevail.
